Can someone make me some mechanics for a music box?

I want to make it a wind up, and I also want the song/melody/tune to be "Second Star to The Right" from Peter Pan, not the first one, the second one ("Return to Neverland"). Honestly if you could just tell me how to know where to put the (for lack of a better term) bumps I could use the 3D printer at my school and get the rest taken care of...

Unless you are REALLY GOOD with mechanical fabrication skills at this level, you are better searching for a company that will make you what you need. They exist. They have mechanisms built for all size applications and installations, and frankly - it is only the drum ( the turning cylinder with appropriate pegs) that has to be custom made - and THEY are set up to do it. Many years ago, I think I saw a link thru Klockit - not sure.

This design has all the tools and info to make a custom music cylinder:

The whole thing is cranked rather than wind up but you can add a drive mechanism from something else, or just use the cylinder and comb in another mechanism.

Or a common type that work from paper strips. You could use one of those to get the music perfect then wrap the paper around a drum & set the pin positions through the holes.

eg. on a "bid drum" design such as this:
