yes and i was thoroughly offended when my daughter in law took youngsters to the bathroom and on returning asked if i wanted to go wash my hands because i'd already done that while she was fiddling about with her daughters hair over dinner table.

Before during after....hand sanitizers go where ever we go....far too much inconsiderate uncovered sneezes and cough. Most people could give a hang......and spitting in the streets is at an all time high......ugh!

It depends. If I came directly from home, I would have washed them there. If I came from somewhere else, then yes, I wash my hands before being seated (or if by some lucky chance I am seated immediately, I will leave the table and go wash up before eating).
