Should I get a Tetanus shot?

I accidentally cut my finger with a penknife. The penknife doesn't seem to be rusty but my finger is bleeding. It has been more than 10 years since I last got a tetanus shot

Tetanus is found mostly in horse/elephant dung. Rust has nothing to do with it. I would get one just in case, however.
