Mass of 1 mole of FeSO₄•7H₂O = (55.8 + 32.1 + 16.0×11 + 1.0×14) g/mol = 277.9 g
Mass of Fe in 1 mole of FeSO₄•7H₂O = 55.8 g
Mass fraction of Fe in FeSO₄•7H₂O = 55.8/277.8

Mass of Fe in the solution = 20 mg
Mass of FeSO₄•7H₂O required = (20 mg) × (277.8/55.8) = 99.6 mg
