請問居屋聯名業主有辦法單方面轉讓業權或除名嗎？

本人父母為居屋聯名業主，但已離異多年，我與母親亦已搬離該單位多時，而父親早已失去聯絡亦無辦法搵到，母親希望同我聯名申請公屋，請問係無辦法搵到父親之下，可以單方申請除名嗎？或有其他辦法嗎？感謝！

There is no method at all.
1. The only way to be released from the HOS property is to through a lawyer by either a sale or transfer.
2. A HOS property owner is usually prohibited from public housing.
(Contrary to your belief - it is easy to find your father. If your father owns half of the HOS property, start from there.)
