Do I have an erectile dysfunction?

We're friends for 3 years and we now sometimes have some more intimate moments. But I cant get a full erection with her to have sex. Im afraid I have erectile dysfunction. What to do? Can't see a doctor cause you can't really say to you parents you have sex while youre not in an relationship (20yrs with parents I cant talk to about it). I also experience some stress by school, I feel bad aboud my body cause I had to stop with fitniss/crossfit cause of medical reasons. She doesnt orgasm quickly and I wanne satisfy her.
