"No" answers are not enough. Understand you are depriving your body of proteins and nutrients that, assuming you are exercising regularly, your body requires to maintain muscles and energy.

Lose the weight you want to cut gradually, and any changes you make to your diet should be done with permanence. This suggestion is a faddish diet, and the weight will return or you might even gain body mass as a direct result.

Just cutting your red meat meat and fatty food intake would be an improvement without the loss of balance.

Unhealthy and not well balanced. Add lean protein, healthy fats, and more complex carbs.

you need to have a more balanced diet. add some meat to your diet. otherwise unbalanced.
dont starve yourself. it always leads to suffering. so just eat whatever is on the menu

That's my diet, but I never have energy. So wouldn't recommend it, not enough nutrients.
