Half-life isotope homework question??? Help??? WTF IS THIS XD?
Imagine you start our with a 1000 gram sample of a radioactive isotope that has a half-life of 7 days. After exactly 3 weeks, how many grams will remain?

Amount at time t:
A(t) = A₀·0.5^(t/7)
In your case, A₀ is 1000 grams and t = 21 days.
A(21) = 1000·0.5^(21/7)
= 1000·0.5³
= 1000·0.125
= 125
125 grams are left after 3 weeks.
