同事穿櫃桶，有咩可以幫到佢?

我公司有同事穿櫃桶，俾公司知道報警拉咗，我同佢叫做幾熟，我想問吓有咩幫到佢，同埋佢最大鑊會係點？
-佢偷咗4千蚊，但冇用到，第二日想交番俾公司，但公司已經報咗警
-應該冇案底
-屋企經濟支柱
-環境唔好所以打兩份工，我公司呢份佢係兼職

問:佢話想俾返錢公司，可唔可以自己俾?

如果我哋同事幫佢寫求情信，有冇用?

佢依家$200保釋緊，警察話下月返去睇調查結果，係咩意思？

最壞打算會係點？

見佢喊哂口同我講，好想幫吓佢，但我又唔識....希望有高手認真解答，安撫吓佢.....謝謝

1. Yes. However, by doing so, your colleague basically admitted stealing.

2. Yes. However, as it is a minor case, the effect will not as big as expected.

3. The police can't formally charge a person unless the evidence supports it, with the consultation of the Department of Justice. That's why the wait.

4. A fine with criminal record. It will be another story if there are priors.
