I absolutely loved Joan Rivers and I know she was crass and rude, but she sure was funny :D

False......She was Always obnoxious, and fancined herself the female Don Rickles, ....but she didn't have his sense of humor or timing. In her last years......she showed her truly disgusting , racist side, with all the "Michelle is a tranny "Jokes". Pretty fitting that she died because of her own vanity.....and her umpteeth facelift attempt.

False. I could not stand her.

Yes, true. Sadly, she revealed the facts about Michelle Hussein Obama and wound up wearing a lead overcoat and concrete boots.

Nah, she sucked. She was nobodies friend. When interviewed on Television she would try to hijack the show. She also scammed Johnny Carson. Tried to rip him off after he was good to her for over 20 years.

Very funny, great timing, and that little stutter thing she did at the end of her lines was copied by comics like Bill Maher later on. Influenced a lot of comedians who came later, both male and female. I think she was funnier when she was younger in some ways, because she wasn't into the whole "JAP" stereotype maybe as much, with all the plastic surgery, etc. but the young Joan Rivers was actually pretty sexy because there's something pretty sexy about a not too bad looking woman who's genuinely funny. She had a lot of guts to be competing in the almost exclusively male world of comedy when she started out.Definitely a feminist before her time I guess you could say, but a highly palatable one because she was able to make fun of herself. That's the difference.

True, I really did like Joan Rivers. I so enjoyed her dry sense of humour. She was not afraid to take the micky out of anybody including herself. Such a shame that she is not longer with us, she will be missed by her fans and family.

True. Sometimes she was hilarious and sometimes she was a little offensive but usually still funny. There is no doubt that she did deliver some truly great comic zingers in her time. I think she let herself become too much of a caricature in her later years and was less funny.
