Someone sent me a relationship request on Facebook but I don't want to be listed as in a relationship with them?

Someone without my permission sent a relationship request so I hit ignore because i don't want to be with this person will my friends see that they sent me a request or would I have had to confirmed it in order for it to show up?

What Alan said but if they are not dating/in a sexual relationship then it is kind of creepy.

No one else can see that the request was sent to you. You would have to confirm it for anything to show up publically.

you would have had to approve it for anyone else to see

They wont see it since you did not Accept it you have to Accept it in order for it to Appear on your Facebook Profile
