It's an araneomorph spider, an arachnid, which is about as far as you can get from insects and still be an arthropod, a protostome, a bilaterian, a metazoan, an animal and a eukaryote.

Similar to any item may fit into a garbage can. Cladograms are mostly garbage because the taxonomic characters used to construct cloadograms are mostly garbage. Garbage in, garbage out. When one feeds a bunch of garbage into a computer, then the output is garbage as well.
