I have a wonderful (我感覺沒必要-你要寫也無妨) dream that (i'll ==> I’d like to，確定的事用I’ll，非確定的事用I’d) be a good (很沒必要 – 原則上醫師都是好醫師) doctor when i grow up. i want to be a doctor because it (help ==>  helps, it是三單) some(很沒必要 – 難道你要挑病人) sick people. I (will ==>  would) learn medical and health knowledge and (cure比較實際，不過help也是不錯，尤其你後面說要看病免費) the patient (recover to ==> recover from diseases and，意為把病治好並) make my doctor's ( doctor’s拿掉，這樣寫變成你去看病的醫師的夢，而不是你的夢) dream come true. I don't like to (do ==> to be a, 意為未來成為一個) construction worker because (in the summer construction building is very hard and hot ==> construction workers must work under the hot sun，意為建築工人需在烈日下工作，這樣寫就夠表示very hard了). I don't like to be famous because i ( may have no ==> might lose my, may have no 是指有一半的機會完全沒 – 感覺沒這麼嚴重，故微調 ) privacy in my daily life. if i make any tiny mistakes, (others ==> people, others 是另一邊的人，那誰是這一邊的人啊!改成people 就好了) will laugh at me .But if i (will ==> could，非確定事項用could，意為如有能力有機會) become a famous (很沒必要，不是只有名醫才能看病) doctor in the future，I (will ==> would，配合之前的could 這裡應是用would – 代表未必成真的希望) cure the poor for free.

I have a hope that will become a good doctor when growing up. It is because, I shall study and learn medical and healthy knowledge so as to treat the patients and then to achieve my duty. I don't like to be a civil engineer, it is because most of constructive works during summer are rather hard. As an inward type of people, I don't like to be famous because of no privacy in my daily life and that'll lead to others criticize me for not doing something. Finally, I still choose to become a doctor and that 'll achieve my hope as well as to help the sick people in the future. Yip

I don't like to be a construction worker because in summer construction building is very hot and hard. I don't like to be famous because I may have no privacy in my daily life. If I make any tiny mistakes , others will laugh at me. But if I become a doctor in future, I will cure the poor for free.
