我與先生正考慮離婚, 有一共同聯名物業, 他不欲離婚後賣樓分錢, 欲買我一半業權之後, 再做按揭自己供樓. 但買我一半業權後亦不欲付一半業權錢給我, 說分期付, 可以的嗎?

There is no set rule. It is entirely up to you.

However - keep in mind, the divorce will cut all tiers between the couple. So it may be best to settle everything all at once rather than prolonging it for more troubles.
