WE recently moved from California to Oregon and our chihuahua is having a problem going potty outside.?

Bella, was/is perfectly potty trained. But having moved from a super warm climate to a very cold one, she seems to hate going outside. we are constantly taking her outside but she just runs to the door shivering and waits to be let back in. We sit out there with her and encourage her to go, but just this morning she came back in (without "going" ) and within 30 minutes had dropped a bomb under our pool table. We are at a loss of what to do, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Get her some doggie clothes. The change of her surroundings and weather has made her nervous. In the mean time get some puppy pee pee pads. This will keep her from peeing/pooping directly on the floor. Do not let you're Chihuahua out in the cold weather without some type of clothing on her. They are nervous dogs... the cold weather with no sweater, will make it worse.

then take it to a vet to check for medical problems if none are apparent then re potty train the dog

Put her on a leash so she can't just run back to the house, and walk around with her. Get her a warm coat.
