who agrees that more often the dmv will re paragragh answers you read in the handbook and then annoyingly trick you during tests for DL?

Count me out. We are not supposed to parrot answers; we are supposed to use what we have learned to answer the questions they actually ask.
Not me. It's not trickery just setting the question in a different way to test if the applicant fully understands the question or has just cribbed up on answers.
They clearly shift the answers around a bit to keep you on your toes, but I don't find that to be particularly annoying. It's not a hard test.
I won't agree.
I don't believe any DMV is out to "trick" you.
I do not agree most drivers manuals have a pre test in the back, You pass it you pass the real test.
