Windows 10 and Ubuntu Dual Boot Removal?
So my laptop Asus had windows 10 and i wanted to install ubuntu after installing i got bored and went to windows 10 into disk partition and deleted the ubuntu partition and reallocated the memory back to C:/ and then i went to BIOS and changed the boot order by disabling ubuntu and then deleting it only leaving Win10 boot loader so itll load win10 when started i wanna know if i did the normal procedure in removing the secondary OS(ubuntu) or do i need to do something else also?

If the laptop switches on and boots into windows, then you did it fine. But, usually, you don't just directly delete ubuntu like that, as it often leaves behind the grub bootloader and you may get stuck in a situation where you won't be able to boot to windows also.
In Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management-Storage, locate the partition where Ubuntu was formerly installed and return it to NTFS then format it.
The easy way to accomplish this is to delete the Ubuntu partition from Windows you don't need to reconfigure the memory and you certainly don't want to delete the boot manager what you need to do after you have deleted the Ubuntu partition is hold down the shift button and restart your computer keep the shift button held down then when you reach automatic recovery go ahead and run startup repair and let startup repair delete the Linux boot manager and properly reinstall the Windows boot manager
