我老公在大陸有女人,而且己有身孕,他要求我離婚, 我想告他重婚及通姦, 但又要求取回我應有嘅東西, 包括共同擁有嘅樓及他部分金錢, 我怕若我入紙告他後, 我攞不到任何東西! 若我假意應承, 要求他轉回層樓和金錢給我, 我還可以告他嗎? 定係收了他的東西, 代表我同意離婚告他不入?

Long story short - it does not work like this.
1. Hong Kong adopts the principal of no-fault divorce, which basically means it is only a matter of time your future ex-husband will succeed in divorce, and you will not be able to sue your future ex-husband for his faults or not.
2. Hong Kong adopts the principal of contribution in divorce, which basically means you will get what you have paid. Simply your future is at fault does not mean you will entitle anything.
3. Any properties obtained in false pretenses are illegal. A court of law will revert the ownership.
Basically, nothing you suggested works.
