What's the logic of a man reproducing with a female 2 times but not thinking enough of her to marry? Is this a red flag?

The guy claims he isn't sure about marriage. However, he was sure enough about her to live with her, impregnate her a couple of times and expect her to be faithful, all while she cooks, cleans, works and puts up with his ****. So why in situations like these is it so hard for guys to just marry the baby momma already?

He may believe in old fashioned ideas.

Some people are not comfortable with trying to be a psychic and making a guarantee about the future that they cannot make. People change and it's no way to guarantee anything forever evident in the rate of divorce. Women are so stuck on the way they think things should be rather than the way they are. Women have the same option as men to make life as they want it minus a man.
