錯了。既然原句的「動詞」和「主詞補語」都是單數形式，表示這是「共同所有」，只能在主詞的最後一個名詞上加's：John and Mary's mom is a doctor.（只有一位媽媽）
如果是「各自所有」，各加's，即：
John's and Mary's moms are doctors.（有兩位媽媽）

Both of John's and Mary's mom(=mother=mom) are doctors each of them ,respectively.
