What are the legal ramifications of a regular citizen releasing, with proof, the names of Confidential Informants?

If someone knows of and has proof that not only are a number of CI's regularly committing additional felonies after signing their agreement, but their police "Handlers" are not only aware of their violating their CI agreements, the Handlers actively hide their crimes or get the cooperative local District Attorney to not press charges against them so they can continue being CI's, even though that is illegal for both the police and the DA to ever do.

Since all 3, the CI, Cop, and DA are involved together in what is basically a Criminal Conspiracy, could any legal charges be legally brought against the citizen who released their names and proof of their criminal activities?

Could people incarcerated based on information criminally obtained by the CI's file appeals and civil rights violation civil suits against the jurisdiction which convicted them through an illegally conducted investigation?

EDIT: Lady Justice to my understanding is supposed to be fair and impartial while all are weighed equally on the Scales of Justice. Locally, certain Meth and Heroin Dealers and addicts are being protected from punishment of additional crimes by the Drug Task Forces because they provide large conviction rates resulting in larger federal grants to the Task Forces for the "War on Drugs." In my more rural area the average cop's pay is rumored to be between $38,000 - $50,000.

EDIT: 1 Task Force officer made $86,000 the last year I found his income 3 years ago, shortly after he bragged that because of their intentional online anonymity and keeping their headquarters location secret, they can do whatever they need to without fear of retaliation. CI's continue dealing while the cops help get rid of the competition and anyone who gets out of line.

EDIT: I want the CI's, Crooked Cops, complicit DA's, and the Judges who order the sentences they desire brought before Lady Justice and placed upon the Scales like any other criminal.

The first one to mine is your own safety and giving the information to a officer you know or an officer of the court in the DA"s office. Second not using the DA's office but the US attorney's office and let it filter down. Sorry dropped my glasses, You can officially try and request a Judge who has been on one of their cases and give the info to him/her.

If the parties involved are HALF as corrupt as necessary for your hypothetical scenario to be accurate, you wouldn't LIVE long enough to have proof.
