Headache from 2 weeks , help?

Hi I am 16 yrs old and i have panic disorder but from weeks the symptoms are very scary like headache , balance problem, head pressure and dizziness.I dont know whats is it.

Sounds also like anxiety. You need to talk to a dr. or psych.
