Can a computer cpu power an amp and an aftermarket car stereo?

If so, do i need anything else other than the cpu that I m using? I already know how to wire the cpu to power and amp Or Stereo. But can it do both without problems. I m using a 450 watt cpu and a 1200 watt amp to power 1 (maybe 2) 12 s.

Well, if you have 450w available (at 12 volts ?) and an amp that produces 1200 -- that seems like a problem. I don't think your power supply is going to magically come up with another ~800w.
But to be more specific -- we would need to know the model of the amp and subs in order to more accurately approximate the actual power requirement of the amp.
Some cheap "1200 watt" amps only produce a fraction of what they claim, and listening to music requires a lot less than stated RMS power.
It would also help to have some add'l data on your PS, like brand and model.

Don't try to use car stereo equipment anywhere but in a vehicle.
CPU power supplies are poor choices at best.
The right kind of power supply is something like the Astron RM-50M,
but you would need one much bigger than that.
Generally, the largest supply of the type will do 75 amps,
which is about 1,000 watts at 13.8 volts.
In any case, the cost is close to the price of a good home amplifier.

Yes. And it works pretty well too. Below is a method that I used in 2011, it does in fact work.
