Always feeling pain in my shoulder blade?
I am not sure what to do or what could be wrong with my shoulder blade very often I will get pain in my right scapula and there is usually nothing I can do about it I just have to wait until it goes away on its own but I'm not sure why I'm having pain in my shoulder blade I got in a car accident back in 2014 and when I got in the accident I got a really bad whiplash and really bad pain in my shoulder blade that I couldn't even lie down it's usually never that bad but since then it seems like there's always a light stabbing pain in my shoulder blade my shoulder doesn't hurt when I move it or rotate it but when I get the pain in my shoulder blade it last almost all day even when I'm sitting on the couch sometimes so I don't know what this could be and I don't have money to go to a chiropractor

It's best to consult a professional to make sure you're doing the right thing for your body. I believe they’d be in a better position to help you understand what’s going on with your shoulder. Sadly, I ignored my pain signal for almost a month. I finally decided to consult an orthopedic surgeon when I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis. I hope you find the help you’re seeking. Best wishes!
I had something called a frozen shoulder. Couldn't lift it or go behind my back with my hand. After physical therapy ran out I still had the issue. One night I just dropped my weight on my mattress on my elbow. This caused a loud and painful crack that teared me up. Realizing I may have dislocated it I started getting ready to go to hospital when I moved my arm and it moved. No more pain, no restrictions and best of all, no more PT. But that was my issue. You need to know what your issue is.
Possibly gallbladder stones.
there is no other solution than going to an hio method chiropractor and correcting the cause. whiplash stresses c5 vertebra level and may damage ligaments there. c5 nerve level is where the shoulder blade pain usually comes from. the longer the cause remains uncorrected, the less chance of things returning to normal.
