Name change for U.S. citizen marrying a Filipino?

I’m getting confused about how my name would be once I marry a Filipino guy in his country (yes I know it’s usually the guy that is the U.S. citizen lol). So I know they have 4 names, unlike us that have 3. I’ve read that I keep my last name and add his last name, and I’ve also read that I keep my last name, add his last name, and remove my middle name. So let’s say his name is KRLB, mine is CMH. Would mine be CMHB, or CHB? I’m really not sure haha. And if it is CMHB, would C and M both be considered my first name in the U.S. and H-middle and B-last? (Disregard this question if it is just CHB) I would appreciate anyone that can simplify this for me or explain something else that I’m missing or is good to know!

In the USA you do not have to change your name if you get married. My Canadian daughter married a nice American and never changed her name. As she is already known in her field by her birth name.
In official paperwork you can just out your two middle names down as your official name. Really, you can have it any way you like. Or you can pick any 3 parts if you like. If you hyphenate his name and your ma,e together, that counts as just one anyway.
I would expect things to not be a lot different there as the US imposed their legal system on the Philippines. If nothing else ask the cleric or or official who is performing the ceremony as soon as you meet them for the first time.
