Is there something wrong with me?

I have a tendency to not feel guilty if I've done something wrong. Sometimes I feel it, and other times I don't feel bad for something horrible someon is going through. I feel like I'm a bad person at times, but other times, I just don't care at all. I feel like I've manipulated many people just for my personal gains, and right now I don't feel anything about it. Please help! Thanks!
