best android emulator to play The Simpsons Tapped Out and Futurama Worlds of Tomorrow?

i tried MEmu, when i got it to work, let's just say there were issues. i tried Bluetacks 3, and TSTO crashes or says it's stopped working. i downgraded back to Bluestacks 2 and now it says Forced Update, if i click Yes it gives me Bluestacks 3, if i click no, i can't play it. best emulator to play these games and where the install is in english.
