13x - 2x² = 15
2x² - 13x + 15 = 0
(x - 5)(2x - 3) = 0
x - 5 = 0 or 2x - 3 = 0
x = 5 or x = 3/2
2x² - 13x + 15 = 0
(x - 5)(2x - 3) = 0
x - 5 = 0 or 2x - 3 = 0
x = 5 or x = 3/2

x = [13 ± √(13² – 4·2·15)] / [2·2]
= [13 ± √49] / 4
= [13 ± 7] /4
= 5, 1.5

Now split the middle term
2x^2-10x-3x+15=0
2x(x-5)-3(x-5)=0
(2x-3)(x-5)=0
2x-3=0 or x-5=0
2x=3 or x=5
x=3/2,5
-2x^2+13x=15
Taking minus(-) common
-(2x^2-13x)=15
2x^2-13x=-15
2x^2-13x+15=0
