Speed of the wave, c = 3 × 10⁸ m/s
Frequency of the wave, f = 107.9 MHz = 107.9 × 10⁶ Hz = 107.9 × 10 /s

Broadcast wavelength, λ = c/f = (3 × 10⁸ m/s) / (107.9 × 10⁶ /s) = 2.780 m
