Can someone please translate this tatttoo?

Before I make the answer, please check the writing of the tattoo is “寵命力 (Pinyin -- chǒng mìng lì ) or not. Because the first character is still obscure to make sure what I write is correct.
If it is, then, I really don’t understand why would someone think it is a garlic soup and get three upvotes.
寵 – means beloved, 寵物 means pet animals
寵命 – is not a modern term used anymore, in ancient writing it means a title (an appointment to become an official) given by an Emperor.
力 – means strength.
寵命力 – is not a term we use in contemporary times, but we still can guess it means “I am doomed to be fortunate”.

It's Chinese. It means garlic soup.
