Personal character of the potential cheater.

I try to conduct myself as if someone were watching my every move. I don't believe in gods of any kind but I do wish that everyone would conduct themselves under the same pretense as I do. MOST people will not cheat if they feel like their behavior is being witnessed. Hence cameras everywhere these days.

You character. If you have character, you don't cheat.

it is governed by being cheated there is a difference between making a living and ripping people off and making them feel a fool for not seeing that little clause or word or sign that bites you so hard after and capitalism says bad luck sucker you should have looked properly and you know it was constructed to cheat you now we all experience that today every day its not nice and its divisive and it appears no one cares any way are you going to still be decent and honest and trusting what you see what you get without several lawyers accompanying you of course not you become a cheat and the vicious circle gains another cog
