Have you ever had a day eating nothing but junk food?

I have to say been there and done that. Eating has been my way of dealing with stress and when you're stressed you're not preparing proper meals right.

For a while now I've ditched the junk food and sugary drinks and feel much better, as well as lost some weight.

But if you have that odd cheat day, relax, and get back on track the next one.

Yes. And my body feels it the next day. *groans/makes a salad

i'm too old to do that anymore. that makes me feel like crap.

I rarely eat junk food , I enjoy cooking wholesome food.

Yes & the body magically turns it into # 2 like everything else

Yep lots of days with many appointment and poor planning.

Heck, ya! Frosted flakes foe breakfast, vanilla yogurt for a snack later.
Pizza for lunch. Coke.
Brownies for a snack.
Then coke again.
Then I had a snack pack chocolate pudding a bit later.
For dinner I had smoked sausage and mac n cheese.coke.
Desert was rocky road ice cream.
Then I had a hazelnut coffee.
Later I a bowl full of white cheddar cheese its.

Believe it or not..I loved it all!
And I don't eat like this everyday, and I'm not fat.
