Translate a sentence into Mandarin chinese?

I need to say in my homework, 'The weather forecast on the internet just said that it will not only be cold tomorrow, but it will also snow.' The prof isn't replying yet. I am so xonfused and not sure where everything goes. We must use the expression 不但。。。而且，网上，天气预报，冷，明天，刚才，下雪。 This is the vocabulary we learned. we learned 也 which means also. So using this vocabulary we must construct a sentence. But I am confused where the time place goes etc. I know the 不但。。。而且 construction well, but everything else is a mess. Anyone can translate it for me?

刚才网上(The internet just said that)明天(tomorrow)天气预报(the weather forecast)不但(will not only)冷(be cold)而且也(會)(but also)下雪(snow)
刚才 means -- just a short time ago, 网上 means – on the internet, so 刚才网上 means - The internet just said that. And if you add “said” – “說”, to the end of 刚才网上, that is ok.
Actually here in Taiwan, we usually will say “剛才網路上 or 剛才網路上說” instead of “刚才网路”. Any way you’re learning Simplified version Chinese, you just follow it.
And In the above Chinese sentence, "也 or 也會" is optional.
