ive already seen death note, ghost in the shell, monster, master keaton, rainbow, aoi bungaku, cowboy bebop, berserk, kara no kyoukai, mononoke, paranoia agent ..
any other mature any recommendations would be great
Psycho-Pass, Akira, Black Lagoon, Death Parade (and Death Billiards), Ergo Proxy, Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (one of the greatest anime ever made), Jin-Rou, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica (yes, a mahou shoujo anime, but I dare you to watch 'till ep 3 and tell me you'd recommend it to little girls), Onihei, Shinsekai yori, Ibara no Ou, Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku, Shigurui. These are some I could recommend. If you want more, then you can search for seinen anime, or any of these tags drama, thriller, psychological, and with a high age rating. Odds are you'll find a mature anime.
Also, I for one do not consider Death Note to be a mature anime, but an anime for rebellious emo teens who want to feel like they're watching something mature. The fact that it appeals to that demand means it's not actually a mature anime.
School days - It's nowhere near as lighthearted as the name suggests and is the only anime I know of that would make you seethe in anger and disgust at the main character. Despite that it has real depth behind everything that happens which I believe fits both your requested categories.
Mirai Nikki - Can also evoke strong emotions and contains a significant amount of blood and gore, not to mention the yandere.
its a manga but try killing stalking
The Irregular at Magic High. Corpse Party is 4 episodes long and full of gore. Death Parade, Btoom!, Battle Royal, Genocyber, Blue Gender, Grisaia no Kajitsu, Lupid the IIIrd: Chikemuri no Ishikawa Goemon (Movie), Akira (Movie), Ajin, Gokukoku no Brynhildr, Ergo Proxy, Monster, Blood-C.
Many of these are very bloody.

Sort of hard when you don't specify what you consider mature; I watched Mononoke when I was maybe 10, and even SAO has character death, so...
One Punch Man or Durarara
