I just started working as a cherrypicker driver in a warehouse and I just spent the last 12 hours up very high (50ft) on a small platform that rocks when I move. I've been balancing and moving carefully all day. Now that I've been home for a few hours I feel unsteady. It's difficult to actually realize wher my body is in relation to the world. And even laying down I feel like I'm floating it's making me dizzy and nauseous.
Are there any exercises I can do or medications I can take to ease this?
