Deleting Paid Credit Collections off Report?
On payday, I'm paying off my collections. I was told that even though I pay it off, it may still be on my report. I contacted the credit agencies to ask about Pay for Delete and they all say "that's up to the bireaud we report to" and some day they don't send out paid in full letters until after 30 days then i have to send the letters they send me to the bureaus and wait some months for it to be removed frm my report. Is there an easier way to do this? Like after I pay in full I can file a dispute or maybe contact the bureau directly? Trying to get everything off of my report especially if it's paid

Not going to happen. It will show as paid.
The entire purpose of a credit report is to show an accurate record of your behavior over a long period of time.
What on earth would you be disputing if the information is accurate?
There are consequences when you don't pay what you owe as you promised. Isn't this just common sense?
Pay for delete is a myth that collectors use as an enticement to paying. The bureau they report to, assuming this collector even does report to a bureau, is not going to delete accurate information. Deleting accurate information from credit reports results in an inaccurate credit report, and the bureaus don't like that. They'll show the account as paid, which will reflect much more favorably on you than not paid, but they're not going to outright delete it.
Remember, bill collectors don't care about the accuracy of your credit report. They just want money and will tell you whatever they think will get you to pay. The bureaus do care about the accuracy of your credit report and have no incentive to alter it just because someone doesn't think the truth about what happened would reflect favorably on them.
I'm surprised any valid, truthful, factual information would be removed. It's part of your credit history. If we could have all the bad stuff removed, we'd all have 850 FICOs.
It doesn't get removed for 7 years, but should be noted on the report that it has been paid.
It's too late now, because you have already called. One of the catches with "Pay for Delete" is that if you have called and spoken to a collection agency on the phone and they say that they will delete it, then it will not be deleted. A "Pay for Delete" agreement will not be followed if you have spoken to the collection agency on the phone.
There is no easier way, or harder way, or any way. Because you spoke to them on the phone, it will not be deleted. It doesn't matter whether you file a dispute, contact the bureau directly, or do anything else, it will not be deleted.
Especially not if you pay. Disputing something unpaid is actually more likely to work. Paying makes it even less likely to be removed.
