Hello ,
Because English is not my first language i need your help .
What i should to write to my insurance company to let them know that my house roof is fine nothing wrong with and it has been checked by a roof man i need to make this checking once per 10 years..

You should go see your agent, tell him, have him add it to your file. Then talk to him to be sure that all of your insurance is like you want it. Insurance is complicated and everyone needs an occasional refresher course.

Include the inspection by the roof company and write:
To Whom It May Concern,
The roof at my residence at ADDRESS was recently inspected by a licensed and bonded contractor and found to be in good condition. I have included the contractors inspection. Please advise if further action is needed.

You will need the letter or certificate the roof man gave you and the name of the company -
Dear Sir,
Just to inform you that Mr ??? of (Company name) inspected my roof on(date) for the 10 yearly inspection and confirmed it has no problems. I have enclosed the Certificate for your files.
