How to get a career in filmmaking?

I'm only 16 years old but I'm trying to plan ahead for my future. I love filmmaking, creating stories and movies, but I'm not entirely sure how the business aspect works in filmmaking. How would I go about getting a career in this area? Where would I start, and what would I have to do?

Go to college and get a degree in film to start.

Go to college! Take theater arts and creative writing, film classes...unless you are able to blow peoples minds with raw matetial you have to study and intern somewhere to learn the ropes.
