angle XWY is twice XWZ. Tell if WZ must be the angle bisector and why

If it looks like graph I, then yes.
If it looks like graph II, no.

WZ will be the bisector if and only if angle YWZ = angle XWZ.

The figure could be arranged so that angle YWZ = 3*angle XWZ, in which case WZ is not the bisector of angle XWY.
