Is my dog okay?

So my dog threw up and now she has diareahh . I think it's from something she ate. The vomit was very watery and brownish . I gave her some sour cream and she threw it up. What should I do. ?

Sour cream is not a good thing to give to a sick dog.
Make sure she's drinking water. Is she lethargic? Are her gums white? Get her in NOW if they are.

You gave her cream?!?! Did you by any chance give her chocolate before that?? Dairy is really bad for dogs :p

Right now, provided this isn't an infection she's picked up (are her boosters UTD?) you should starve her for 24 hours and then, using boiled rice and poached chicken breast, with a little natural yogurt (goats if possible) start feeding her again. The digestive system of a dog will react fast when they eat something that doesn't suit, but resting the system should allow things to settle down again. Obviously if she's no better after that, she must be seen by your vet.
Why in the world would you give her cream, sour or not. Fresh water must be available as usual (don't force it on her) as vomiting and diarrhoea can cause dehydration rapidly. If she's vomiting continually, then you do need to see your vet.
