Can someone please help tell Me my eye test results? I'm confused?

You have written out the exact results. That tell us EXACTLY how " bad" your vision is. THAT IS your prescription.

We can see exactly how myopic you are and how much astigmatism you have with those numbers.

What you probably want to know for some reason is your Visual Acuity readings , the 20/20 thing , which actually tells us very little. On average, someone with a prescription like yours would be around 20/200 WITHOUT glasses on , maybe a bit better. You are most likely 20/20 with them ON , THAT is the important part.

There is no exact conversion as they measure two different things.

If you had told us your vision is 20/200 , that would have told us almost nothing because we wouldn't know why your vision is 20/200 , but with the prescription as written , we know exactly why.

So, you already have all the useful facts about your vision. That is all you need to get glasses made.

Moderate amount of myopia, nearsighted, with astigmatism.
