What laptop to purchase for architectural engineering ?

I was wondering what laptop you recommend me to purchase. since I'm going to download so many programs, ill need a core i7, 8gb RAM and 4gb graphic card (rameon graphics or any other strong graphic software). I also need a small portable laptop since i will be carrying it all around university. furthermore, my biggest issue i the fan. i used to have an hp that would overheat within an hour of usage. i dislike the fan being on the bottom of the laptop since i cannot put it on my legs or on the bed thus i need a laptop that i can use anywhere.
