My family don't want to spend time with me, why do they make so much effort to be around me?

They don't really want to be around me, but I want to be around them, spend time with them, and be a family...
When my sister does show up she confuses me and I get sick from how she treats me. Should I cut them out of my life?
I'm also in school and I think their reasons for being around me is financial, I don't think they actually like me.
