scrapbook ideas?

I am going to make a scrapbook for my friends birthday full of pictures of me and her can you give me some ideas of how to decorate it. its a black scrapbook and I've ribbons metallic peens but I can buy more stuff if needed. please give me some ideas.

Mat your pictures with color cardstock. Cut the cardstock one half inch more than your photo. Then center the photo so you have a quarter inch boarder around your photo. Get a two way tape runner to adhere to your pages.
Go to a craft store and look in the scrapbook aisle. There are all sorts of embellishments.

Maybe some of those stick-on flowers for the outside? You know, those little plastic things that you can stick onto anything?
