I'm gonna keep looking for the answer after this is posted, but if I can't find it, I need help. Thank you.
更新1:

I put down that the economy worsened, but Volcker is praised for helping to stop the inflation. Is that enough? or you know... wrong?

Deficit spending was used, but failed, so inflation kept rising.

Not at all. No one understood it at the time. The inflation was easy enough - it was a result of the Vietnam War and the huge amount of deficit spending the government undertook to finance it. But a downturn in employment at the same time is still unusual.
