What kind of bonds does helium form with oxygen?

I know helium is unlikely to react with other elements, but I just want to be sure I'm correct.

Helium does not react with oxygen. No chemical bond would be formed between helium and oxygen atoms.

Helium does NOT react with anything!!! So the type of bond is not known.

Ionic Bonding,
The oxygen has an electron the the Hydrogen is lacking.
Also diatomic Hydrogen (H-H) is happy to stay as it is. But if you add a little energy (burn it) it readily reacts with air to form water.
H- is quite reactive actually.
