請問如果死者子女在短時間內未能獲得遺產承辦書,而死者又有出租物業,租客應把租金交給誰/子女應如何在這期間收取屬於死者之應收租金?謝謝?

The landlord's surviving children, unless previously designated by the lease, are not qualified to get rent payment until all probate procedures have been finalized.

The tenant should withhold the rent payment in a designated location, which is agreed by the landlord's surviving children. Once everything is finalized, then the fund in question can be released to the children.
