我想問關於老師的權力問題。我學校的體育老師有問題，每次上體育堂都要跑耐力跑，我有次吾舒服，同佢講，佢問我有無醫生紙，我話無，然後他覺得我騙他，要我跑圈。我學校有個不文明規矩，每當我們一停，就要加我們一分鐘。這樣他有無犯法？

犯了刑事強制罪，也就是妨害自由罪，但你必需提出事證證實，惟中國教育道德與倫理，教師有權行使教育之責任，你認為還要告人嗎???
