what should I do about this? she is kinder to one twin, but she is kind of agressive and yells at the other.

Tell her it's not fair to have favorites. Which it seems like what she's doing. And is there any behavorial difference between the two, does one cause trouble while the other doesn't?

i wouldnt let her see your kids till she changes her behavior, im a twin myself
