Why I am So Weak?
I am 17 and worried bcoz I am weak I cant do pushups or pull ups I cant lift weight...why?
My friend s can do 30 to 40 pushups and I can only do 5to10
I feel very embarrassing....
What should I do....
What type of food should I eat.....
Should I eat raw eggs will this help.....
Should I stop masturbating....
Please help me.......

What you should do is eat an overall healthy diet and simply practice those exercises regularly. The more you practice, the stronger you'll get.
A high protein diet helps build muscle mass, but don't do it with raw eggs. Start by lifting light weights and as you get stronger, use heavier weights and more reps/sets. If you don't have weights you can use cans or plastic jugs filled with water, sand, kitty litter or gravel.
Lifting weights and working out will make you stronger.
Start with what you can do.
Gradually increase the # of reps.
It takes time.
Different people have different musculature, but EVERYBODY can maximize what they have by working out.
Good heavens' no, stay away from Raw Eggs.
Masturbation has nothing to do with it. Lift small weights
You have to start slow and build up.
dont worry its just muscles
Stop masturbating and concentrate on getting fit.
